Pure Evil

The one thing that you don't want to do when you're trying to watch your weight is to make a deal with guys at work that costs you hot fudge and brownies. I couldn't resist...It's all about portion control-RIGHT?

Kari's Hot Fudge

1 c semi-sweet chips

1/4 oz unsweetened chocolate

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 c butter

1/2 t vanilla

1/2 c corn syrup


Combine together in saucepan over medium heat- stirring constantly until all ingredients are melted and smooth. IF you have leftovers, they can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge up to one month. You can also use a spoon to eat this stuff directly from the fridge...MMM just like real fudge! If you're watching your figure, I recommend that you only make this once in awhile!
