It's kind of hard to tell, but if you look really hard you can see that we actually have a hole in the ground!
I was beginning to wonder if the weather would ever let us start digging! The mountain in the background will be the view from the back of the house. Hopefully we'll be ready to move in by the end of the summer!
Are you having a full basement? When they dug the hole for our house, we had huge piles of dirt. My kids loved climbing to the top and sliding down! I also remember thinking, gee that hole is not so big!
ReplyDeleteWe are having a walk out basement- We don't have to dig down as far. No big piles for Ryan and Katelyn! I've been telling Wes all week that the staked out location didn't look very big. Everyone tells me it will look bigger once the walls go up.
